We have hundreds of pre-priced house plans in a variety of styles for you to choose from. These plans are a good starting point for finding out what’s right for you. Glaus Brothers gives you the option of modifying any one of these plans to fit your personal life style. If you are not finding what you are looking for or if you have plans or ideas of your own, we will be happy to draw custom plans to accommodate your needs. Our customized plans are drawn on a 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) program that will allow you to see your home before it is built. As a general contractor, Glaus Brothers will guide you through the completion of your home. Some contracting features include; hiring and coordinating subcontractors, obtaining building permits, selecting material and color, ensuring inspections, and more. We are always here to answer any questions or concerns you may have before, during, or after your home building experience. |
